Record win: 5-0, home, FA cup 4th round, 30/01/1937
Record defeat: 1-6, away, league, 24/04/1952
Other notable games include the 4-5 defeat at Highbury in February 1958
which was the so-called 'Busby Babes' last game before the Munich
tragedy, and the 2-6 League cup defeat at Highbury in 1990 a few weeks
after the infamous 'Old Trafford Brawl'. That was only one of 3 domestic
defeats suffered by Arsenal that championship winning season, and came
soon after Arsenal were branded the greater villains during the brawl
which my perhaps clouded memory seems to recall was started when McLair
and Irwin laid into Winterburn with their boots as he lay on the ground.
