ArseWeb Transfer Rumours - Summer 1998

Arsène Wenger has already said he expects to sign a couple of players this summer, probably before the World Cup starts. Will they be established stars like Marc Overmars or exciting youngsters like Vieira & Anelka? The papers are full of speculation and it's all summarised here.
