Preview
- Arsenal team news
Arsenal are optimistic that Patrick Vieira will be fit
for the game, having missed the Newcastle match last weekend.
No news as yet about the left-back situation, where both
Silvinho and Ashley Cole have been injured.
update monday: Lauren is said to be out for 2
weeks with a knee injury. Seaman is back in training
but unlikely to be risked. Parlour has a minor strain
but should be alright. Vieira is still the main doubt,
Wenger having said he'll only play if 100%. Silvinho
has been reported to be ready to return from his thigh strain.
- Tottenham team news
Tottenham will be missing Luke Young (foot injury)
and Steffen Iversen.
Looks like Ben Thatcher (groin) and Sergei Rebrov
(thigh) will probably miss the game too. Oyvind Leonhardsen has
been out too, but was in the squad for Bradford so is likely to
be ready to start against us.
update Friday looks like Rebrov will be playing. He seems to
think so anyway, going by interviews in today's papers.
update Monday: official tottenham site confirms that
Leonhardsen and Rebrov are in the squad for tonight.
